Terms of Service

1. Service and operator

Aderic is operated by Firefly Tech Oy, Finland. It helps authorized business operators discover permitted Threads discussions, assess relevance with AI, draft useful responses and publish reviewed text through the official API.

2. Accounts and authorization

Use accurate account information and connect only profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your business facts, access permissions and the text you approve. Keep access secure and report suspected misuse to support@aderic.io.

3. Pilot availability

Threads is the only supported social integration in this release. Some functions depend on Meta review, permission grants, quotas and account eligibility. Before public keyword-search approval, testing is restricted to the connected profile’s own posts. Access to a pilot does not guarantee future availability.

4. Human review and AI limitations

AI assessments are inferences and may be wrong. Suggestions must be checked against the discussion and your approved business information. Missing budget or other facts remain unknown. Saving is distinct from approval; changing text or relevant context invalidates approval. You must explicitly initiate publication of an approved response. Aderic does not guarantee buyers, replies, sales, conversion rates or revenue.

5. Permitted conduct

Do not use Aderic for spam, repetitive unwanted responses, impersonation, harassment, deception, unlawful profiling, discrimination or circumventing provider restrictions. Do not scrape Threads through Aderic or provide passwords or secret keys as business facts. Respect Meta’s terms, other users’ rights and applicable law.

6. Your content and public actions

You retain rights in content you provide and grant the limited permissions needed to operate the service on your instructions. Public replies are visible under the connected profile. Removing Aderic’s stored data does not remove public posts from Threads. An uncertain send is held for reconciliation and must not be retried blindly.

7. Charges and historical commitments

No new paid subscription or lead-credit purchase is offered by this pilot interface. Any future price and material commercial terms will be presented before purchase. The pivot does not cancel outstanding rights or obligations from an earlier agreement; contact support about historical purchases.

8. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy describes processing, providers and rights. Use Data deletion to remove workspace platform data or request account deletion.

9. Availability and responsibility

The service and third-party APIs can fail or change. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized activity. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. You should not treat AI output as professional or legal advice or as verified facts about a person.

10. Changes and contact
